Man, oh, man! This is one handsome fella! 'Rowdy,' as he's affectionately called here, is the result of a total outcross breeding between a Canadian import suri and our very own 3/4 Argentine female, Mary. Not only does Rowdy have the best of both worlds in fiber and conformation, but he inherited his mother's amazing disposition. He's growing like a weed and will soon be ready to wean and hit the show circuit! I am FIRM on his price, and will be very selective about where this fella goes. He's got the genetics and conformation to really excel as a future herdsire, not to mention the disposition to be a pleasure to work with. Here is a flashy Canadian import male from Peruvian suri genetics. Don’t let his age fool you: he is still breeding and settled females in 2020. He is relatively easy to handle for shearing and maintenance, but his drive to breed is very strong, and he spends most of his time girl watching instead of eating or socializing. Gentle, affection-seeking, and annoyingly fearless, Rumchata is the definition of a 'foundation female.' She has given me three females in a row, and all have been outstanding! I retained her 'middle child,' Campari, to continue on her fabulous bloodlines, making Rumchata available to the right home.

‘Red’ was never handled, sheared, or touched prior to coming here, and although she's made some progress, she is still far from a 'beginner' llama. I sheared her last summer without much fuss, but walking on a halter isn't exactly something she enjoys doing.
